INTRODUCING SMASHBOX KENNELS

At SmashBox Kennels, we are deeply passionate about our animals and committed to their well-being. Our mission is to help families find the perfect new furry addition to their households, we take pride in our reputation as a kind and caring dog breeder. To ensure we are producing healthy puppies with outstanding temperaments, our parent dogs are choosen and paired by temperaments and undergo thorough health testing and are carefully selected according to breed standards. The specific types of health tests we perform include DM, ARVC, Holter, and Echo. We raise all of our puppies in a loving environment within our home, surrounded by our children and other dogs, which helps them develop well-rounded personalities. Each of our puppies is AKC registered and comes with their tails docked, unless we have discussed alternative arrangements in advance; pups' tails are typically docked on day three. If you are interested in having a puppy with a natural tail, encourage you to research the term "Happy Tail" and consult your veterinarian for their expert advice based on their experiences with the Boxer breed. At Smash Kennels, we have made the decision to no longer remove dew claws. After extensive research, have discovered that dew claws are connected to five tendons, which means they serve an purpose. These dew claws assist dogs during movement, especially when making sharp turns, by stabilizing their limbs. Additionally, they can be quite helpful in situations where a dog needs to extricate themselves, such as climbing out of a pool, as the dew claw functions like a thumb, providing essential gripping power. Before our puppies are placed in their forever homes, they are thoroughly vet-checked by a Board Certifiedinarian (DVM) at six weeks of age, during which they receive their age-appropriate vaccinations. We also adhere to a carefully planned worming schedule that aligns with their developmental stages. At SmashBox Kennels, we take the socialization of our puppies very seriously, ensuring that each one is well-prepared to embrace the exciting new world that awaits them with their new families.
